Sean Dammann & Associates has evolved from a one-person operation, founded in 2002, to a successful team of experienced and professional Realtors®. Together, the four associates have more than 50 years of marketing, sales and business experience in Atlanta.
Sean Dammann Associates are all native Atlantans or have lived in town
for many years. They specialize in the areas of Atlanta, Ansley
Park, Atlantic Station, Brookhaven, Buckhead, Candler Park, Decatur,
Druid Hills, East Lake, Emory, Grant Park, Lake Claire, Midtown and West
Midtown, Morningside, Oak Grove, Oakhurst, Ormewood Park, Tucker and
Virginia-Highland. Through their intimate knowledge of the intown neighborhoods,
they protect their clients’ interests -- they know how to properly
price homes, know when they’ve found a good deal and understand
the nuances of the changing Atlanta real estate market.

About Sean Dammann
“Work hard, treat people right and great things will happen.” These principles have guided Sean Dammann in business since he started his career. Prior to founding his real estate company in 2002, he founded and ran a successful personnel consulting firm for more than six years.
Sean’s attention to detail and commitment to his clients paid off. He’s brought on three partners to help manage his busy real estate practice. To integrate his vision of client-centered relationships into day-to-day decision-making, he put forward his Core Values as guidance for all of Sean Dammann & Associates’ endeavors.
Sean is an experienced business leader, manager, marketer and negotiator. Superior client service is the hallmark of Sean Dammann’s business. With personal attention and regular communication Sean supports his clients through the intricacies of a home sale or purchase. His scope of knowledge and experience enables his clients to make informed decisions. As an experienced negotiator, Sean obtains the best outcome for his clients. Sean’s comprehensive strategies in marketing, staging, pricing and disclosures yield maximum value for the owner. Sean grew up in Virginia-Highland, and now lives with his family in
the City of Decatur.
About Kathi Sanders
Kathi has a shelf full of awards testifying to over 30 very successful years in real estate.
However, her motto remains, "Satisfied clients are my only goal, not volume production and awards."
The team shares this philosophy to develop a real estate practice that is highly specialized and
totally centered on achieving client's goals, whether they are buying or selling a home.
She specializes in working with both buyers and sellers in close-in neighborhoods. Her uncompromising
service emphasizes attention throughout each transaction.
Kathi has been ranked in the top 1% of all agents representing sellers in Dekalb County and in the top
2% of all agents representing sellers in Metro Atlanta.
About Jeff Goddard
Jeff Goddard brings more than 10 years of marketing experience to Sean Dammann & Associates. Before joining the Sean Dammann team, Jeff worked for Earthlink and other e-businesses. The skills in marketing and customer service he developed over the years as his work took him from Atlanta to California and back are invaluable to his real estate clients. Those skills and his knowledge of local neighborhoods, background in finance, and skill at negotiations give him – and his clients -- the edge in Atlanta’s competitive intown real estate market.
Jeff says, “I go the extra mile to do what it takes to keep my clients happy. I want what works for them, not what I think they need.”
Jeff is a native Atlantan. He attended Paidea High School with Amy Renfrow and Sean Dammann.
About Sinoun Chea
In addition to over 4 years of office management skills, Sinoun also has a diverse experience in the real estate business. From foreclosures to luxury homes, condominiums to new construction, Sinoun has a good grasp of the current real estate trends. Soon to be licensed, she is thrilled to be part of the Sean Dammann & Associates team. Sinoun believes Keller Williams Realty Metro Atlanta is a perfect match for the team and is excited to use the tools and resources that KW provides to help make the team successful, as well as give clients the best real estate experience possible.
As office/marketing manager, Sinoun is responsible for handling all paperwork and files, as well as making sure the team stays on task by enforcing efficient systems for the practice. This way, the rest of the team can concentrate on building the best relationships possible.
