We used Sean as our listing agent to sell our house in Buckhead recently. As we were living in London at the time, Sean had to do a lot of extra work in our absence. When making decisions, his sole goal was how to best sell the house at the best price, and never about what was easiest for him. He single-handedly managed to get the house fixed, painted and ready for showing, as well as getting the repairs done at the buyers' request. Sean is extremely professional, and very effective in communicating with us, despite the distance and time difference between Atlanta and London.
