Agent: Sean Dammann

"While my experience of buying a house with Sean is surely not typical, I have no doubt that the quality and integrity of my experience is quite typical for Sean and his entire team. Let me explain. My wife and I took positions at Emory University last spring, and decided that we wanted relocate our family to Decatur. Sean came highly recommended to me from a personal friend, and i flew out from Montana to look at houses for a couple of days with Sean last spring. Sean picked me up and began to show me houses that we had already decided we should see. As a native Deacturite, Sean knew a great deal about the neighborhoods and schools He also knew a great deal about real estate in Decatur, giving me outstanding explanations about the prices of houses, the pros and cons of new versus old construction, and where he thought the housing market and neighborhoods might be going. Sean would read my impressions from one house and recommend another, and after two days of touring houses with Sean I left with several houses in mind.

Then a house came on the market right across the street from the elementary school that Sean had taken me by and that I distinctly remembered as a place I wanted to live. Sean visited the very next day- a Sunday- calling me from the house as he walked through it and shooting extensive video. I clearly recall him telling me that from our two days of touring houses he thought this house would fit the bill for my family. He also told me he thought the house was underpriced and that I should consider moving quickly, as he did not think it would be on the market long. Sure enough, Sean called me back a few hours later to inform me there was an offer on the house. I told him we wanted the house and he put together an offer in a matter of hours, faxed it to us for our signatures, and then sent it off to the buyer. Four hours later Sean called to tell us that our offer had been accepted, and we got the house we wanted. When we got off of the phone it was midnight on Sunday.

Sean and his team then handled the inspection and appraisal, which confirmed what Sean had said about the house being underpriced. Sean set up the closing and with the expert help of Sinoun and Jeff - the rest of the team- it went off without a hitch. In the current crazy real estate climate this is an accomplishment.

Bottom line is that if I didn't trust Sean knowledge, commitment and integrity I would never have bought a house sight unseen. I did, and his entire team made the process seamless and hassle-free. And yes, when we walked in the door of our new house for the first time we were thrilled. Thank you Sean Dammann and Associates. "

When making decisions, his sole goal was how to best sell the house at the best price, and never about what was easiest for him.
